Each year the Iron Warrior test is conducted at the end of summer workouts. It is measure of strength, speed, quickness, and endurance. Each of several tests are assigned point scales that correspond with a player’s achievement. Player’s earn points by demonstrating a high degree of achievement on the various tests. Players that earn a minimum of 150 cumu lative points are recognized as Iron Warriors. The player who earns the highest cumulative total is given the title ULTIMATE WARRIOR.
